When Jim learned of the importance that swimming had in the life of his client, he took this to heart. While he was revitalizing this 1920’s Spanish residence, he designed a swim lane made of custom tiles in the new sports pool so his client could now swim her daily laps at home.  

 

With the beauty of the new pool, it was evident that a pergola was needed to anchor the splendor of the outdoor space. From custom shaped beams, to hand plastered columns, to custom tiles, it's all in the details.
