This home no longer resembled an exquisite 1920's Spanish residence built with the intention of being lived in and loved for generations to come. Jim’s challenge was to bring the integrity and life back into this classic Spanish home - without adding unnecessary square footage for the couple who would live here. 

From creating a new elegant living room fireplace, to designing a new master suite, Jim’s vision to redesign their entire house allowed the new owners to have a classic home brought up to exquisite modern day living standards.
